Cambridgeshire One-to-One Cycle Training Session

Cycle training is one of the best ways to boost your confidence on two wheels. Whether you are getting on a bike for the first time, a rusty rider looking to get back in the saddle or a regular cyclist looking for route specific advice, we provide tailored sessions for children and adults to suit your individual abilities and goals.

All our sessions are run as a two-hour one-to one-lesson with a fully qualified National Standard Instructor for just £75 per session.

Participants will need to provide their own cycle and helmet and suitable clothing for the weather conditions.

Alcester Level 1 & 2 Holiday Course

Our Bikeability Level 1 & 2 course is for children in Year 5 (aged 9 and above) and above who can already ride independently without stabilisers. We can deliver one-to-one training for children who cannot ride. 

All courses are run by first aid and safeguarding trained National Standard Instructors. The course runs over two consecutive days from 10.00am – 2.30pm (4 hours of training) including a 30-minute supervised lunch break each day. 

Children receive a realistic cycling experience equipping them with the skills to cycle short journeys. We educate riders on effective observations, understanding road priorities, communicating with other roads users and effective road positioning. 

There is no charge for this course for residents of Warwickshire. Participants will need to provide their own cycles and helmets, please contact us if this is an issue.

Participants will need to provide their own cycle, helmet and packed lunch. This course is fully funded so there is no cost to you.

Alcester Level 3 Holiday Course

The Level 3 holiday course is intended for children in school years 6 - 9 who have previously completed the Bikeability Level 1 & 2 course.

All courses are run by first aid and safeguarding trained National Standard Instructors.

Level 3 equips riders with the skills to tackle more complex roads and traffic situations such as roundabouts and junctions controlled by traffic lights. The training also includes guidance and practice on planning routes.

There is no charge for this course for residents of Warwickshire. Participants will need to provide their own cycle and helmet, please contact us if this is an issue.
